Aluminium Composite Panels are two aluminium sheets with thermoplastic core made of polyethylene which holds them together. Other names are sandwhich boards, ACP, or ACM. They are great for applications where a combination of high structural rigidity and low weight is required. 

Due to its lightweight, rigid, and colour coated finishes, they are ideal for cladding panels for interior and exterior use to improve aesthetic appearance. Most commonly used as facades and fascia, caravans, trailers, boats, signage, and much more.  

ACP are water resistant. Additionally, they are able to withstand extreme temperatures and have sound and thermal insulation benefits. Life expectancy of ACP can exceed 20 years. 

Each panel 1220mm x 2440mm x 3mm thick weights approx. 12kg. 

Our larger sheets weight approximately 18kg.
